High Temperature Vacuum Sintering Furnace
Product Introduction
High Temperature Vacuum Sintering Furnace is used in powder metallurgy industry and vacuum sintering of various magnetic materials. Because the furnace is installed in a protective atmosphere, it can reduce the oxidation of materials during the charging process and provide a reliable guarantee for the production of high-performance products. The control system is controlled by PLC, and the intelligent temperature controller controls the temperature. The control is accurate and the degree of automation is high. It can realize automatic/manual non-disturbance switching and abnormal alarm functions, and the operation is simple and reliable.
High temperature vacuum sintering furnace mainly includes:
According to the temperature, it is divided into several temperature ranges of 1300 degrees, 1450 degrees, 1600 degrees, 1800 degrees, and 2000 degrees or more. The materials and heating structures used at different temperatures are different. It is suitable for magnetic materials, powder metallurgy (stainless steel, mim), hard alloy, Sintering or processing of various materials such as cermets, silicon carbide, and refractory metals.
- 1300-degree sintering furnace: Mainly used for magnetic materials, vacuum sintering for powder metallurgy industry, and various magnetic materials can be equipped with a protective charging glove box.
- Mobile Glove Box System: The two ends of the mobile glove box can connect with the user's turnover car and the vacuum sintering furnace respectively. The glove box can be moved horizontally and vertically, connecting with multiple vacuum sintering furnaces. This allows one glove box to charge multiple vacuum sintering furnaces, occupying a small area and saving costs.
- Silicon Carbide Sintering Furnace: Used for the reaction sintering of silicon carbide products, with a maximum temperature of 1800°C and an ultimate vacuum degree of 5x10-1pa. The thermal insulation layer is a composite structure of graphite plate and carbon felt, and the heating chamber is enclosed to prevent the overflow of silicon vapor. It also includes an aerated debinding system for graphite.
- Vacuum Degreasing and Sintering Furnace: Mainly used for vacuum or carrier gas degreasing before sintering of stainless steel base, cemented carbide, high temperature alloy, high specific gravity alloy, cermet, carbide, boride, oxide, intermetallic compound, and oxide (wax) and high temperature sintering. Multi-chamber continuous furnace (multi-chamber continuous vacuum furnace) is mainly used for aging treatment of aluminum alloy, copper alloy, and iron-based alloy. It consists of multiple units (multi-chambers) with different functions and temperatures connected in series. The charge passes through each unit according to a set production rhythm to complete the entire process, providing good product consistency and high production efficiency.
